Ramp Test

Every Mobility Aids manufactured by ageally undergoes a rigorous climbing test on an 8-9 degree slope to evaluate motor performance and braking capability. This test is designed to identify potential issues such as insufficient motor power, deviation during uphill travel, or inadequate braking on inclines. ageally enforces stringent quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product reliability and safety.

Noise Level Test

The test project evaluates the maximum speed and speed parameters, which are adjusted according to customer specifications, to detect any noise exceeding standard levels or abnormal sounds during operation. While the national standard mandates a noise level below 65dB, ageally enforces a more stringent internal standard, requiring product noise to remain below 60dB to qualify as acceptable. This rigorous approach ensures exceptional product quality and performance.

Mobility-Aids-Fatigue-Test-ageally

Fatigue Test

To ensure the durability and safety of Mobility Aids, ageally subjects each product to a rigorous fatigue test involving thousands of consecutive drops. Using a mechanical lifting arm device, for example the wheelchair is elevated to a height of 5cm, simulating real-world bumps and impacts. Weights of 150kg and 250kg are then applied separately to simulate usage conditions for users of varying body weights, evaluating the wheelchair’s performance under extreme load scenarios.

Throughout the testing process, ageally ensures that the Mobility Aids endures thousands of continuous repetitions without any instances of part detachment or frame fractures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
